Visit the school district or agency VOLY web site where you created your account ex: https://fwisd.voly.org

• Click the Login button for Volunteers
• Click on "Forgot Your Password" link under the field for Password
• For email:
• Enter your email address. This must be the email used to create your VOLY account. An email with the temporary password will be sent to this email address.
• Check for an email in your inbox including junk, spam or clutter folders.
• For text:

• Enter your mobile number. This must be the number used to create your VOLY account. A text message with the temporary password will be sent to this number.
  • Use the temporary password provided to log into your VOLY account.

Note: Please do not put a space in the front or back of the password when entering it
