If you are a new contact being added to an existing organization that is using veriFYI, you will need complete the following paperwork on this page:    http://www.verifyi.org/join-verifyi.html

 

 

  1. The DPS User Acknowledgement Form 
  2. Complete test questions
  3. Read the training manual
  4. Send all completed paperwork to irodriguez@volnow.org and copy/cc the contract manager of the veriFYI account in the email. You will receive a login and password to access your account.
