1. Complete Your Basic Information:
- Begin by filling out all required fields. This includes your organization's mission statement, the cause areas you support, and uploading your organization's logo.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information, including your email address, phone number, physical address, and zip code.
2. Access the "Manage My Agency" Section:
- After completing the initial information, you will be directed to your Dashboard menu/Menu.
- Locate and select the "MANAGE MY AGENCY" section. This is where you will manage and refine your agency's profile.
3. Populate Your Agency Profile:
- Within the "MANAGE MY AGENCY" section, you can:
- Add detailed information to your main profile.
- Complete the "Agency Profile" with any additional relevant details.
- Add staff contacts, ensuring accurate communication pathways.
- Include additional addresses for volunteer site locations.
- Review the available Tutorials and User Manual for guidance.
- Navigate to the "Opportunities" Section:
- Once you have finished updating the "MANAGE MY AGENCY" section, click on "DASHBOARD MENU" located in the top right bar.
- This will take you out of the "Manage My Agency" section and allow you to proceed to the "OPPORTUNITIES" section.
5. Complete the "Opportunities" Setup:
- Within the "Opportunities" section, you will find 5 steps that are required to complete. Follow the prompts in the system.
