Clearing the cache and cookies can often resolve issues with video loading or quality.

If you have access to a different device such as a desktop, laptop computer or tablet, log into the school district or agency VOLY web site where you registered at, enter your email and password and click the grey Submit button next to Orientation. Once the video is complete, click the checkbox for the e-signature.
