If you have completed the volunteer application, orientation and submitted your background check and you still see the red banner message that you have not met all requirements, it may be because your background check is "In Progress". This means the background check is still processing and the result have not been received yet. Depending on the provider, background checks may take 3-5 business days or 1-2 weeks to process. You will receive an email once your background check has been completed. 

The red banner will no longer appear when all required steps are completed AND you have an approved background check (if applicable). All required steps will show green when they are completed. Once all required steps have been completed, then you will be able to sign up for opportunities in VOLY.

You can always check your status of each required step by logging in to your VOLY account and click on My Applications from your dashboard.
